  1. Introduction

These Website Standard Terms And Conditions (these “Terms” or these “Website Standard Terms And Conditions”) contained herein on this webpage, shall govern your use of this website, including all pages within this website (collectively referred to herein below as this “Website”). These Terms apply in full force and effect to your use of this Website and by using this Website, you expressly accept all terms and conditions contained herein in full. You must not use this Website, if you have any objection to any of these Website Standard Terms And Conditions.

This Website is not for use by any minors (defined as those who are not at least 18 years of age), and you must not use this Website if you a minor.

  1. Use of platform.

By signing this terms and condition you the service provider agree to follow the policies set by Scheduleasy and follow the UK Laws.

By signing this terms and conditions you are agreeing that Scheduleasy does not take any liability when connecting service providers with customers.

  1. Service providers Verifications

Scheduleasy will verify your service/business once you have registered with us to ensure we do not have any fraudulent or criminal enterprise on our platform, we make the necessary checks to ensure that you are providing a legitimate service/business.

  1. Service providers registrations

It is the service providers responsibility to provide all the correct information’s when registering, all information’s provided will be checked before being verified to use the platform.

  1. Service providers requirements

Some of the services that is listed on the platform may require additional legal information in order to prove that customers have a safe experience.  Service providers are required by UK Law and Scheduleasy policy to provide the information required on registration or ongoing requests in order to use the platform.

  1. Service Modifications

If the service provider makes or modifies the service that is provided it is the service providers duty to update the relevant information on the platform to avoid misleading customers. Failure to do so will lead to the service providers account being suspended.

  1. Service providers relationship with customers.

It is the service providers responsibility to provide a polite and professional service to the customers without discriminating the customers sex, age, disability, religion, and ethnicity. Scheduleasy has a zero-tolerance policy and we have rights to investigate and terminate services if we find misuse of the platform.

  1. Customers relationship with service providers.

It is the customers responsibility to treat every service provider with respect and have respect towards the service providers intellectual property. Customers must not discriminate any service providers regarding their sex, age, disability, religion, and ethnicity. Scheduleasy has a zero-tolerance policy and we have rights to investigate and terminate or place a temporary ban on the customer’s account when needed.

  1. Complaints

We have the rights to investigate any serious complaints about a service providers and find a solution to help the service providers from receiving any future complaints, we can also issue warning if the complaints are serious and if we believe it is a danger to customers or will impact the image or Scheduleasy. We have all rights to terminate a service providers account in this instance.

  1. Intellectual properties.

Scheduleasy will not cover or take any responsibility for any damages caused to a service providers intellectual properties or customers property. It is the duty of each service provider and customer to be responsible for their belongings.

  1. Location of service provider.

On registration each service provider must provide with their correct business or work address and update their address when the business has moved, it is the service providers duty to keep all the information and up to date in order to provide good customer experience and ease of access.  Scheduleasy has the rights to contact any service providers that have not given the correct business information or have changed address to update on the platform and ensure the customers are receiving only the best service. If service providers fail to do this there account will be temporarily suspended until proof has been provided for their current address.

  1. Bookings and cancelations.

12.1 Booking’s
It is the service providers responsibility to use the Scheduleasy platform to book customers according to their days/week’s workload. Service providers must ensure that they book each in the time slot the customer has given or contact customers and offer an alternative slot that is reasonable for both parties.

The service provide must also manage the booking slots making sure that there is no booking that are overlapping and also leave enough time to travel to customers if a service provider does call outs or door to door service.
12.2 Cancelation’s
Service providers must not cancel any customers bookings without giving customers a reason for their cancelation.

Service providers must make sure that before accepting a customer request for booking that they will no cancel for or fail to provide the customer with their service. It is the service providers responsibility to plan their schedule.

Scheduleasy has the rights to give a service provider a penalty charge, account suspensions or warnings to any service providers that cancels confirmed booking slots.

  1. Service ownership.

Each service provider is the owner of their business and service, Scheduleasy will not own any rights to their business or service.

Service providers must prove that they are the owners of their service or business.

  1. Property rights and license.

14.1 Property rights
Each service provider is responsible for their personal and business properties and any valuable items that is used for their business, this includes equipment’s, vehicles, and premises.
14.2 License
Service providers must ensure that they have the license that they require in order to operate any equipment’s or work in any premises, this includes all legal licenses required by UK Law.

  1. insurance

Service providers must have the necessary insurance required for their service or business to operate in the united kingdom. This includes business, vehicle insurance and specialised equipment insurance.

  1. Warranties

It is the service providers discretion to provide with warranties to their customers and where and when possible on any goods sold in line with the commercial law this includes all services listed on Scheduleasy.

Scheduleasy will not at any circumstance provide with any warranties to any service providers or customers.

  1. Invoices

All service providers are required to complete their invoices on the Scheduleasy platform to send it to the customers.

Service providers are required to do this after each booking is completed and the payment has been received from the customers.

Scheduleasy will send reminders to service providers to complete invoices, failure to do this on a regular or multiple times Scheduleasy has the rights to contact service providers and investigate.

It is the service providers responsibility to keep track of all invoice for future reference.

  1. Taxes

It is the service providers duty to submit their tax in like with UK law and HMRC guidelines.

Scheduleasy has will not be responsible for any service providers (business, self-employed and company) taxes. It is the service providers responsibility to declare their tax.

  1. Package fees.

Service providers have the rights to change the package they subscribe to at any time or cancel the subscriptions to suit their needs.

The subscription will be cancelled full once the 30 day term has been completed.

  1. Refunds

It is the service providers discretion to refund any money owed to customers Scheduleasy does not take any responsibility of any transaction’s between customers and service providers.

  1. Relationships of all parties.

It is the service providers and customers responsibility not to discriminate any parties and to uphold the Equality act 2010.

Scheduleasy may intervene and investigate if there is any serious allegations against any party and could cause harm to Scheduleasy ltd.

  1. Illegal/criminal activity and terms of terminations.

Scheduleasy has zero-tolerance on illegal and criminal activity. If a service provide is found conducting any activity that is against the law and has the right to remove and ban any service providers. We also have the rights to pass any information found to law enforcement upon discovery.

Once a service provider has been terminated, they cannot gain access to the platform in any circumstance.

  1. Confidentiality and privacy.

Service providers must not share any confidential details of customers this includes address, bank details, customers contact details and any booking time.

Customers

  1. Customer Bookings

Customers are responsible for making bookings within a reasonable time for the service providers to accept the jobs using the Scheduleasy platform. Customers can make more then one request to different service providers and wait for a response. Once they are happy with the job description and price given by the service providers it is the customers discretion to accept the booking and confirm using the platform.

  1. Deposits

Customers will make a deposit to the service provider when booking in a job. They will have to adhere to the deposit policy, and it is there responsibility to be at the time and place for the booking. Failure to do so will resort in them losing the deposit. Scheduleasy will take no responsibility for customer un-attendance.

  1. Amending a booking

Customers should amend their booking within a reasonable time given by the service provider to avoid losing their deposits. It is the customers responsibility to use the Scheduleasy platform correctly and concisely to ensure there booking is amended.

  1. Payments to Service providers

Customers are responsible to pay the service providers the full amount due when the  service providers attend the booking. They should ensure they have the means to pay on attendance. Failure to do so could result in service providers to take any legal action necessary against the customer to obtain the amount due. Scheduleasy does not take any responsibilities in transactions between customers and service providers.

  1. Applicable law

The booking service for the Scheduleasy platform and all non-contractual obligations arising in any way whatsoever connected to the platform or not, shall be governed by, interpreted and take effect in accordance with the laws of England and wales. This will be subject to being governed by the courts of England and Wales.

  1. Contractual relationship

Customers access and use of the services provided by Scheduleasy, establishes a contractual relationship between you and the platform. Customers should adhere to the terms and conditions specified by Scheduleasy and we reserve the right at any time to deny access to the service if we find that customers have i.) breached the terms ii.) believe there is a serious harm or damage to the service providers iii.) believe there is a serious harm or damage to the Scheduleasy b platform.

  1. Refunds

This Website is provided “as is,” with all faults, and Scheduleasy makes no express or implied representations or warranties, of any kind related to this Website or the materials contained on this Website. Additionally, nothing contained on this Website shall be construed as providing consult or advice to you.

Scheduleasy does not offer any refunds for any of the services provided by the platform. It is the duty of the customers to contact the service provider as Scheduleasy works as only a means to connect you to different businesses and sole traders.

In terms of service providers buying packages, once they have purchased a package, they have agreed to use the service for the time specified on the package. If the service provider wishes to cancel, they will still have the remainder of the time they have brought the package to utilise. Once the time period has finished, they will be cancelled off the service and not charged for the following month.

  1. Network access and devices on the Scjheduleasy platform

Customers and service providers are responsible for obtaining the data network access necessary to use the platform. If customers and service providers are using mobile network data to access the Scheduleasy platform they may incur fees from there network provider. You are responsible for ensuring that you have compatible hardware and internet connection to have a good experience using the Scheduleasy platform. Scheduleasy platform does not guarantee that the services will function on every particular hardware or device. It should be worth noting that the services may be subject to delays due to the users internet connection.

  1. Economic loss to Service providers

Customers must take necessary steps to ensure that service providers have been given the correct access for the job to be completed. Customers should be careful and diligent as reasonably possible to make sure that they do not cause any economic loss to the service providers when they come to carry out a job.

  1. Limitation of liability

Scheduleasy platform will not be liable for subsidiary, incidental, penal, or consequential damage including all different types of losses (including personal injury or property damage related to, connected with or resulting from using the platform). Scheduleasy will not be liable for delay or failure in the performance of the service provider as the platform is solely based on connecting customers with businesses and sole traders.

  1. Governing law

Customers and service providers are protected by the usual laws in England and Wales. When carrying out services or obtaining services both parties should ensure they are adhering within the legal remit of there activities. The Scheduleasy platform does not take any responsibility for the interactions between a service provider and a customer when the job is being carried out. We expect all parties to follow common courtesy, treat each other with respect and follow the governing laws when interacting with each other.

  1. Notices to customers

Customers and service providers will be given notices for any changes to the Scheduleasy platform within a reasonable time frame. If Scheduleasy requires further information from any parties using the service, in any capacity, they will need to contact us and provide this to us to continue using the platform.

  1. Advertisement guidelines

Service providers will need to adhere to our common policy when advertising on the website. Our platform allows service providers to advertise their service onto the website. However, Scheduleasy does not own any of these businesses or is related to them in any capacity. We do not get involved in transactions or payments between service providers and customers.

When a service provider makes an advert, they agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this page including any relevant legislation and regulations. Although we do our checks on businesses listed, it is the service providers responsibility to ensure their adverts contain all correct information.

If customers make a complaint on a service provider, we take this very seriously and will then review them by our risk and compliance team. If found to have misled a customer using there advert, we have the right to remove a service provider of our platform and no refund or credits will be given back. We hope service providers will be transparent and honest when they make an advert on the website.

  1. Abusing Scheduleasy platform

Scheduleasy has zero-tolerance on illegal and criminal activity. If a service provider or customer is found conducting any activity that is against the law and we have the right to remove and ban any party. We also have the rights to pass any information found to law enforcement upon discovery.

Once a service provider has been terminated, they cannot gain access to the platform in any circumstance.

  1. Intellectual property rights

Other than content you own, which you may have opted to include on this Website, under these Terms, Scheduleasy and/or its licensors own all rights to the intellectual property and material contained in this Website, and all such rights are reserved. You are granted a limited license only, subject to the restrictions provided in these Terms, for purposes of viewing the material contained on this Website.

  1. Restrictions

You are expressly and emphatically restricted from all of the following:

  1. publishing any Website material in any media;
  2. selling, sublicensing and/or otherwise commercializing any Website material;
  3. publicly performing and/or showing any Website material;
  4. using this Website in any way that is, or may be, damaging to this Website;
  5. using this Website in any way that impacts user access to this Website;

Scheduleasy shall be permitted to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification or consent required. However, you shall not be permitted to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.
